So to clarify the problem here, do we think the issue is with GCC, Wine, Cemu
or all of the above?

I'm not sure if there are any other caveats to disabling AVX support at
compile-time in Wine but at the moment it's the only way to negate the issue.

For reference, the problem still exists as of Wine 3.15, GCC 8.2.1 and Cemu
1.13.1d.
