Hi,

There are more bugreports about this warframe updater issue. 

Even a patch sent in last weeks by someone:

Could you try if the patch changes anything for you?

Further:

- Could you check if this is the same bug as reported in 
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33845

- There seem to be two versions of this game, steam and non-steam , am I right?
Provide info on what version you run and provide sha1sum please
