After an upgrade to OpenAL 1.19.0 (from Arch Official repositories), some Wine
games (Overwatch, allegedly GTA V) have quite horrific popping sounds that make
them unplayable.

I've created an issue in openal-soft Github and the maintainer requested a bug
report for Wine: https://github.com/kcat/openal-soft/issues/226
