The current version of the application (aSC Timetables 2019) isn't affected by
the bug so I removed the download link.
I kept the original 2016 version around for testing purposes and I can say that
the problem with sluggish movement of the scrollbar is gone in recent Wine,
tested with Wine 3.16.

In fact, this bug was fixed by
