Yeah, I'm just holding off on upstreaming it at the moment since I'm working on
bug 14078 (and also upstreaming a lot of quartz work) and I don't want to
upstream two large patchsets at once.

Probably, yeah. There are also a few parts of timers that'll need more work,
notably DPCs. They shouldn't be too hard to implement, though.
