[Bug 16574] Turbocad 7.1 does not display dialog window properly

Sorry.....have tried but not able to install wine 4.4 or 4.5.
Bug (re display dialog windows) still occurs with 3.0.4 on Ubuntu 18.04 as does
the problem with "light sources". I will enter an updated test data.
The problems with non-responsive keyboard and inability to open program are no
longer present, however.
