Mind stream offset on state capture / apply.

I've tested the demo and could reproduce broken geometry, similar to displayed
in the screenshots (didn't notice anything wrong with textures, if there are
some this probably deserve a separate bug report).

I am attaching the patch which is fixing that for me.
