This bug is useless without more information.

First the obvious: Is your issue related to Wine?

If so then please:
- Attach full terminal output [1];
- Describe your setup (wine version/architecture, firefox version/architecture,
winecfg settings, winetricks verbs used, and the steps you followed to install
firefox in a wineprefix);
