Thanks. But I changed the title again to be more precise because the issue is
broader.

Any msi x64 app which is created with Visual Studio installer cannot be
uninstalled. The attached demo of "notation player 4" of bug 46846 is just the
example which I added to demonstrate bug 46846. I took this example in order
not to create and upload another demo file.
