Always list joysticks

Without testing the application, it appears the flag DIEDFL_FORCEFEEDBACK is
causing all joysticks to be excluded.

The attached patch just leaves the warning in place but lets the joysticks to
be listed as if the flag wasn't specified.

If you could test the attached patch, that would be great.
