This is caused by commit 93ed3356d892a6b7ade1694cb5e3a880f481eec7 (wintrust:
Verify image hash in WinVerifyTrust).

This works in Staging, needs just
https://github.com/wine-staging/wine-staging/blob/master/patches/wintrust-WinVerifyTrust/0004-wintrust-use-enhanced-crypto-provider-in-VerifyImage.patch
from there.

Restrictive check for image hash was pulled from Staging without the other
patch which is actually needed for that to work with SHA256 certificates.
