Nope!
I did some testing as follow:

- quartz (disable)
- winegstreamer (builtin wine) *** see bug Bug 42456


Just to remind you, with the work around, the settings were as follow:

- quartz (native Windows)
- winegstreamer (disable)

The current version of wine-stable 4.0 makes the game work out of the box.

If you want me to do other testing please note that in Cambodia we are having
on and off power cuts so  I may not be able to reply right away.
