I am very grateful for your extensive research and excuse me for this issue
which is ultimately a duplicate :-|

I've got exactly the same behavior that you described about the page which
stays white/blank.

I'm going to try the following command as soon as possible :

WINEDLLOVERRIDES=libglesv2.dll=d WINEDLLOVERRIDES=packager=n wine
boulangerie-patisserie-mavimplant.inrs.fr.exe


and I will keep you inform about the result.
