Very interesting! So, the act of recreating the drawable appears to be at fault
in this case. Unfortunately always creating a DC_GL_CHILD_WIN would likely have
a very negative effect on performance for many games.

I wonder if recreating the drawable for any child windows would as well would
make it behave.
