I've decided to push this work to the master branch. It's able to load a web
page, but due to Mono's lack of support for com-callable IDispatch wrappers,
events on the WebBrowser control are not triggered yet.

If any adventurous souls choose to test this with winforms applications, let me
know of any bugs.
