You can get the latest SPIR-V headers from
<https://github.com/KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Headers>. Other option is building with
the latest Vulkan SDK: <https://vulkan.lunarg.com/sdk/home>. Vulkan SDK
1.1.114.0 has support for VK_EXT_shader_demote_to_helper_invocation and
VK_EXT_texel_buffer_alignment.
