Well.. i find that very odd.

git clone https://github.com/KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Headers.git
cd SPIRV-Headers
grep -rni -e 'SpvCapabilityDemoteToHelperInvocationEXT'
include/spirv/unified1/spirv.h:854:    SpvCapabilityDemoteToHelperInvocationEXT
= 5379,

I just did that now.
