The version of the SPIR-V headers with SpvCapabilityDemoteToHelperInvocationEXT
doesn't have an official release yet. I think that's unfortunate, and probably
something we should avoid in the future.

It's kind of ok at the moment because the version of vkd3d that requires those
headers isn't a released version either, but it does mean a potential upcoming
vkd3d release would be blocked on that.
