I think i found something very interesting.
As you can see on the screenshot, there is only one core which is at 100% when
the game is launched.

Result : On the output console, the log appears very slowly. About D9VK log, it
does not appear quickly like an other game, it's fragmented.

It seems that the game use 1 core and not all core available. I tried AC Black
Flag, i haven't core at 100% and the game works correctly.

I tried with/without Esync and there is no effect.
