I can confirm this issue on Mac OS, 64 bit Wine built with Xcode 10.3 and
--without-mingw. In my case I noticed it because net.exe couldn't be persuaded
to do anything except write the usage text. The parameters passed to wmain()
contained garbage.

Should we mark all those wmain functions as CDECL?
