Well now.  Me too.  The issue was fixed in between 4.11 and
wine-common-4.12.1-1.fc30.noarch

You kind of have to see it.  Can you tell anything from the screen shot I
attached (Blur Ball)?  I can definitively tell you it is not a font issue.
