I thought of implementing several taskbar options, but got stuck with issues
with window Z order and didn't have time to investigate.

Adding an actual 'Automatically hide the taskbar' option is another possible

When that last option would be implemented, disabling it will make the taskbar
always drawn (independently of the 'always on top' option).
