This is probably the most disturbing line:

00ce:err:msi:__wine_msi_call_dll_function Custom action
(L"C:\\users\\linux64\\Temp\\msi8c93.tmp":"PreProcessFirewallConfig") caused a
page fault: c0000005

But it's not clear what's causing it. Could you try attaching a log with
WINEDEBUG=+msi,+msidb,+seh,+pid,+debugstr,+netcfgx,+hnetcfg?

Alternatively, is it possible to reproduce this bug with a free download?
