Yes, it is the root issue, and unfortunately it is still potentially affecting
something else. But the crash reported in this bug triggered in
SetProcessWorkingSetSize() function should be worked around by the referenced
commit. Forgot to mention earlier, I think this crash in Wine 4.14 can be
worked around by running with 'WINEDEBUG=warn+process' environment variable.
