Hi Alistair, please can you add this patch to wine-staging?

It was already submitted and rejected, see earlier comments. It requires
understanding how Windows implements global/local memory, something that is
undocumented and likely to take a while.

Another developer was found on #winehackers who was also investigating this bug
without knowing it, so please put it into wine-staging so it doesn't get lost
and work doesn't get duplicated...
