https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/{debian,ubuntu} is not a valid URL. The
packages are all at http://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ in their respective
directories.

4.0-rc2 is approximately the time we changed the repository key, so my guess is
that you never updated. You need to.
