Hello folks,

this was fixed some time ago by commit
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/2a455ce049d65eeab95895b6b6d52f6e5047537b
("kernel32: Move lstr* string functions to kernelbase.") which added explicit
load-time dependency to 'kernelbase'.
