I don't see any mention of winegstreamer in that log, which means that your
Wine was probably built without it. If you don't have a winegstreamer.dll in
your C:/windows/syswow64/ directory, that's definitely the case, and that needs
to be fixed by your distribution's packagers.

I'm kind of surprised if it's the case, anyway, since GStreamer is and has
always been a hard requirement for decoding plenty of other codecs.
