Since that's not the same application as the original report (to the point of
even being a different architecture), can you please file a new bug report?

In your case the bug is a stub d3dcompiler; you can try dropping in the native
component. Though the original report didn't mention it, the module list
suggests they were using native d3dcompiler as well.
