Hello folks,

in case of adding a new component/stub dll to Wine I recommend to make this
more visible in the ticket summary which gets included in Wine release notes as
well.

People might run into same issue with different apps and older Wine versions,
leading to unnecessary creation of duplicates as the information is buried
within comment(s).
