new wine 5.0-rc1 video with +quartz,+strmbase,+gstreamer,+seh

Indeed, missed that.

Now the video plays after a short period of white screen, but the audio
stutters continuously and after that the "RtlpWaitForCriticalSection" problem
returns with a black screen
