I420 isn't in icodecs; it's a YUV codec, not an Indeo codec. Moreover, icodecs
would only help if we were going through msvfw32, which we aren't. The problem
is probably a bug in gstreamer or in liborc, but it's difficult to debug either
remotely or without experience with gstreamer.
