Actually this might just be a duplicate of bug 47668.

@ John: to workaround that bug please use (latest) staging-patch at:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wine-staging/wine-staging/master/patches/kernelbase-ReOpenFile/0001-kernelbase-Implement-ReOpenFile.patch

Patch for bug 47668. was rewritten (thanks Zebediah!) and my guess is this
crash comes from using my old (rather poor) patch.

To summarize: could you apply the above linked patch on vanilla wine and see if
it resolves this bug?
