Bug still present it seems...

Using a clean prefix, default windows version: 7

# wine --version
wine-5.0-rc3

# sha256sum coolpro20.exe 
b0bf9b020b8db7ec4a61ccf7ee710742f2d706bda673f8fea655562e09ce9647  coolpro20.exe

I installed coolpro20.exe

I clicked on 'Keep Evaluating'... cool edit hangs at splash screen.

I opened winecfg and changed the windows version to XP (only for coolpro20.exe)
and the results are the same.
