Hi edmund,

could you point to exact download, because there seem to be dozens on that
page.

I downloaded Drobo Dashboard, and got a more or less similar crash as you.

I couldn`t even get it installed as the installer crashed (because of hnetcfg
stubs apparently). Disabling hnetcfg made the installer succeed for me. I guess
that might deserve a seperate bugreport.

I can confirm the black window; I get it too and in the log:

0009:err:wgl:set_pixel_format Invalid format 0

The attached hack makes the app display fine for me; the hack is just a
complete  nitwit guess try to avoid the function to return an error, and is
utterly nonsense probably but it seems to work...

I suggest to reserve this bugreport for the black window; the hnetcfg causing
crash deserves really a seperate bugreport
