Yaron, this look like a limitation of Wine's tahoma font.
With MS tahoma text looks fine.

There are other problems with the app so I recommend the following winetricks:

 $ winetricks riched20 vb6run native_oleaut32 tahoma

The app will load but it not very usable:

1. It fails to reach the internet 

  0009:fixme:urlmon:InternetBindInfo_GetBindString not supported string type 20
  0049:err:winsock:WS_getaddrinfoW Failed to convert L"www.onito\05d9n.com" to
punycode
  0049:err:winsock:WS_getaddrinfoW Failed to convert L"www.onito\05d9n.com" to
punycode

2. It's unstable.
