log file fps drop with VKD3D_DEBUG=warn

After some time of playing (10 minutes?), there is drastic FPS drop (from 50 to
15 fps). The patch did solve screen flickering.
Tried to test around passing through different portals in-game (both new
expansion, cataclysm, classic), failing to reproduce initial crash, but it did
happen randomly at first.

Trace log is simply not possible, because even logging into the game takes
minimum of 10 minutes, essentially being logged out of server.
