Backtrace from Wine after Photoline crashed

The application Photoline 16.50 crashes after start. This happens only with the
new Wine 4.0. Happens on two different PC's with Linux Debian Stable. Both
working with the same Wine 4.0. 
The application worked great with Wine 3.0.4
