The "NULL platform" isn't the issue, but the below message "NOTE: your OpenCL
library only supports OpenCL 1.0, but some installed platforms support OpenCL
1.2." is, as this version of clinfo also detect if your opencl.dll have
functions that your OpenCL platforms support, if not it will give a warning.
