That works I guess; it's just that we tend to reserve NOTOURBUG for bugs in
libraries that Wine depends on. Clearly there is a bug in Wine here, as it
works on Windows. I've seen ABANDONED used sometimes for this purpose, because
the reporter is in some sense forced to "abandon" the report.
