Hi, I had a( look at your crashlog and this doesn't look right:

007b:err:module:import_dll Library C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\root\Client\AppVIsvSubsystems32.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\Microsoft Office\\root\\vfs\\ProgramFilesCommonX86\\Microsoft
Shared\\DW\\DW20.EXE") not found


Could you manually copy that dll into the right place, and see if it changes
anything?

(AFAICT (but that`s my amateuranalysis) the installer fails to put some dlls
into the right place because of CreateHardLinkA/W being a stub; this is what I
saw for Office365, but I guess Office16 suffers from same problems; but beware
this is a guess of me and not something I found throuhg thorough dbgug
analysis.....)
