Still an issue in Wine 4.0-rc5 (staging).

Workaround in comment 26 works only partly.
I can move the camera now, but the zooming bug (maximum height not possible)
persists.
In addition to that I have graphic issues when I move the camera (wrong shadows
and flickering).
