SteamPlay for Linux/Proton are derivative products of Wine.
WineHQ is the open source community developing Wine.
WineHQ don't provide support for third party derivative products.
You should direct inquiries related to Proton to Valve support.

Unless you can reproduce the issue with current (4.0-rc6+) plain
wine/wine-staging and provide the required basic information [1] this bug will
be marked invalid.
