It's literally the most up to date version in Ubuntu 18.04. GNUTLS_PK_ECDSA is
"Elliptic curve algorithm. These parameters are compatible with the ECDSA and
ECDH algorithm." (https://gnutls.org/reference/gnutls-gnutls.html) and was
added in wine 4.0 (not 4.20 as I accidentally said in the comment above).

This issue should now relate to the wintrust problem:
