Tried running wine from application directory. Same output.
Trace logs uploaded with WINEDEBUG=+module set. One for native fltlib.dll, the
other for buildin fltlib.dll.

Test environment: Wine 4.0 rc7 in ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64-bit as Guest OS;
VirtualBox 6.0 as Hypervisor on CentOS 7 as Host OS
