What kind of noise?
Does the issue happen with 'emulate virtual desktop' or without?
Which window manager?
Which video card brand/make?
What type of monitor?
What are the driver and screen settings?
Does it depend on .txt file content?

Without more information, my guess is that it is an hardware issue [1].
