[Bug 45762] Metal Gear Solid 2 Movies No Longer Play.

Hello Everyone,

In Metal Gear Soild 2 on wine 4.0 i can see 2 black bars with gray in the
middle of the screen where the movie is suppose to play. I can hear the sound
of the video playing but not the video.

Also i will attach a backtrace of Silent Hill 4 because it also crashes when a
movie is about to play.
