[Bug 46548] The Division does not start

Hum ok, so these errors are not the cause for this issue. To understand, i add
a screenshot with the window popup which initialize continually, if i close it,
the game stop. In the Output Console, i have no crash, no backtrace, only on
line :

"00f3:err:seh:setup_exception stack overflow 1776 bytes in thread 00f3 eip
000000007bc81ee9 esp 0000000000140f20 stack 0x140000-0x141000-0x240000"

and nothing after this line
