WINE Version 4.12, winearch="", winecfg crashes, works with winearch=win32.
WINE Version 4.11, winearch="", winearch=win32 works.


Travis build, Ubuntu xenial. headless, xvfb stopped

WINE Version 4.12:

Environment: 
winearch=""  # (so 64 Bit)
wineprefix="/home/travis/wine/wine64"

winecfg crashes with : 
wine: Unhandled page fault on write access to 0x00000030 at address 0x4024f5
(thread 000b), starting debugger...
