Hello folks,

refining the summary a bit in attempt to reduce more dupes.

Although 64-bit 'wineboot' crash is the cause, it's not obvious to most users.
They just see multiple crash dialogs popping up, 'The program (unidentified)
has encountered serious problem' (existing prefix update), or nothing (new
prefix), unless being on console.

No, I have mingw-w64 enabled builds on Linux since the support of
cross-compiling Wine builtins as PE was added to the build system. I have a
couple of bugs that are hopefully solved when the process is finished.
